You know, if I ever did want to be found out about, I'd rather it be someone else.

You don't deserve to know such things, because you haven't been part of much of my life anyway. You don't know how much pain I have gone through. So if you DO know about so&so, I suggest you get your nose out of this because you don't have to 'care' about me in such a manner. I don't want to share my personal problems with you, mainly because you have been one of them.
